Returns:

The return is covered by the (Art. 47) of consumer purchase withdrawal, which gives you a 5-day calendar period from receipt of the product (We have proof of the courier delivery day). For this, C'emadier Design is reserves the right to accept or not accept the product for return, since it must be with labels and packaging in perfect condition.
If you made the purchase by credit card or through our website, the return transaction takes 15 to 30 days, the withdrawal schedule depends on the bank.

"The courier costs of the purchase will not be returned.
"The costs of return shipping of the garment will be assumed by the customer in full.
"If you exchange the garment for another of a lower value, we will not be able to refund the value of the difference. In this case we will give you a redeemable voucher. No exceptions.
Cambio por talla:

Devoluciones:

La devolución se acoge al (Art. 47 ) de retracto de compra del consumidor, el cual te da 5 días de plazo calendario desde la recepción del producto (Contamos con la constancia del día de entrega de mensajería) Para esto C'emadier Design se reserva el derecho de aceptar o no el producto para devolución, ya que este debe estar con etiquetas empaque y embalaje en perfecto estado.
Si hiciste la compra por tarjeta de crédito o por nuestra web la transacción de vuelta tarda de 15 a 30 días, calendario para el retracto según la entidad bancaria.

"Los costos de mensajería de la compra no serán retornados.
"Los costos de envío de retorno de la prenda seran asumidos por el cliente en su totalidad.
"Si haces el cambio de la prenda por otra de un valor menor no podremos hacerte la devolución del valor de la diferencia. En este caso te daremos un bono redimible. Sin excepciones.
